📍 Shipping Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.)

  • Smaller towns and remote areas (through our courier partners)

Within Same City 1 – 2 business days
Other Cities 2 – 5 business days
Remote Areas 4 – 7 business days

Note: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times may vary based on weather, load on couriers, or public events.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (flat rate)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 2,500

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

💰 Payment Options

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer – Details shared upon request

  • Credit/Debit Cards – (If enabled on our store)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or SMS

  • Instructions to track your order via our courier’s website

❌ Missed Deliveries / Wrong Address

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • No response from customer

  • Refusal to accept

Then customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
